Geoff and his team are efficient and their work is great. I hired them to renovate my master bathroom and tiling for a wall in my dining room, the finished product was impeccable!

Geoff runs a very professional business. He’s on time and communicates throughout the process. He provided his insurance documents to my management company very quickly so he could start the job as soon as his schedule would allow. I had him do some drywall work and shave some doors that wouldn’t close. His workers did and excellent job. You wouldn’t even know the wall was worked on. Property Maintenance Guys will be my go to handyman/contractor company.

These guys were amazing! I called in the morning and someone came to do the estimate a few hours later. They called me back and said they would be able to install my building’s entry door in a few hours.  I am very big on customer service and professionalism when dealing with companies and they nailed it!  I am using them for some work in my home and will gladly recommend them to others.  They cleaned up after themselves, answered all my questions and gave thoughtful suggestions.
